Security in Joomla! 4.x • antivirus anti malware

hello my account where i host several files has been compromised with a lot of files and scripts that caused truble
I take down all of them, and clean all the wordpress ones, just deleting all files and folder but, images and configuration, then i checked with wordfence and now it eems all fine
I don't know how to do with joomla which i know less
i Scanned the folder with wordfence also and some files were deleted
But i want to be more sure
Trying to find a free antivirus but cannot dfind anything that seems effective
I might try to delete all and replace with fresh install but in joomla not sure how to do that
The site host nly a private db..it is not surfable, there is a password to login and use fabrik..nothingmore
So there are just 3 or 4 images and nothing more...other than fabrik

What shall i do?
